2. Custom Framing & Consultation Services
Custom framing specifications (moulding choice, mat sizing, museum glass, spacers, and backing options) are documented during design consultations. Once custom materials are approved and ordered, alterations may incur additional component fees.
3. Art & Frame Restoration Services
Restoration work on oil paintings, paper documents, encaustic art, and antique frames is performed by qualified conservators using archival methods. Because historic items carry pre-existing degradation, age-related fragility, or prior repairs, estimated timelines and outcomes reflect expert professional assessment.
4. Care & Custody of Client Items
All client artwork, documents, heirlooms, and artifacts entrusted to Tuxedo Frame Gallery are stored, handled, and worked on in our climate-controlled, secure Buckhead studio under museum-grade conservation practices. Clients are encouraged to ensure valuable items carry appropriate personal fine art insurance coverage.
5. Estimates, Pricing & Completion
Estimates provided online, via email, or during initial consultations are valid for 30 days. Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. Completion time may vary depending on material availability from artisan suppliers or custom mouldings.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, photography, branding, and text are the exclusive property of Tuxedo Frame Gallery. Clients retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to their original artwork and documents brought in for service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
